Why this is different

I spent 10 years in corporate HR and recruiting, working my way up to HR Manager, before I founded Signature Career Coaching in 2016. I also write every resume myself. Your resume isn't handed off to someone you've never met. The person who learns your story is the person who tells it.

So, what about AI?

AI can produce a clean, well-formatted resume in seconds, and for some people, that's enough. What it can't do is notice the accomplishment you mentioned in passing and realize it's the strongest thing on your resume. It can't tell you that a hiring manager in your target field will care more about your budget ownership than your title. And it can't connect the dots from where you've been to where you want to go, especially when that path isn't a straight line.

Resume and cover letter. Add LinkedIn for $100.
You bring the details, and I help them shine. Core is a great fit if you're comfortable writing out your experience and accomplishments and want an expert to shape them into a strategic, polished resume. Instead of a call, you'll complete a thoughtful questionnaire that walks you through everything I need to know.

What's included:

  • Your resume and cover letter, written personally by me
  • A comprehensive questionnaire to capture your experience and wins
  • 3 rounds of revisions, with the first used to fill in missing details
  • ATS-friendly formatting so your resume reaches a real person
  • Optional LinkedIn profile update for $100

Clients often choose Core when they:

  • Have a fairly clear career story and know the kinds of roles they're targeting
  • Feel comfortable answering guided questions about their experience, accomplishments, and results
  • Do their best thinking when they have a little time to reflect before answering
  • Prefer a simpler, flexible process without scheduling a call

Comprehensive: $600

We figure it out together. Comprehensive is my Rebranding Service, built for the moments when your next step looks different from your last one. We begin with a 90-minute positioning call to explore your experience, accomplishments, and goals. Together, we find the threads connecting where you've been to where you're going, and I build a resume that tells that story with confidence.

  • Your resume and cover letter, written personally by me
  • A fully updated LinkedIn profile
  • 2 rounds of revisions
  • ATS-friendly formatting so your resume reaches a real person

Clients often choose Comprehensive when they:

  • Have a career history with more layers, such as varied roles, a career change, a gap, contract, or
    consulting work, or a long tenure at one company
  • Are reaching for a bigger next step, like a leadership role or a new direction, and want to be positioned
    for it intentionally
  • Find it hard to talk about their own accomplishments, or suspect they're underselling themselves
  • Think out loud best and would rather talk through their experience than write it all down
  • Want a thought partner to help shape the story, connect the dots, and decide what to highlight

Concierge: $600 setup, then from $300/month

Your master resume and LinkedIn, plus a tailored resume and cover letter for every role you apply to.
You focus on the roles. I’ll handle the rewrites. Concierge is ongoing, month-to-month support for when you’re actively applying and want every application to land. We start by building your master resume and LinkedIn through my Comprehensive process. From there, you send me the job postings you’re excited about, and I tailor your resume and cover letter to each one so the hiring manager sees exactly why you fit.

What’s included:

  • A 90-minute positioning call and your master resume, written personally by me
  • A fully updated LinkedIn profile
  • A custom resume and cover letter for each role you apply to, tailored to that job posting
  • Your tailored materials delivered within 2 business days of sending the posting
  • ATS-friendly formatting so every version reaches a real person

How it’s priced:

Setup: $600. Your setup includes your 90-minute positioning call, master resume, LinkedIn, and your first month of tailored applications (up to 4) at no extra charge.

Then, starting in month two:

  • Concierge 4: 4 tailored applications per month, $300
  • Concierge 8: 8 tailored applications per month, $550
  • Concierge 12: 12 tailored applications per month, $800

Concierge has a 2-month minimum commitment, then continues month to month until you cancel. Applications don’t roll over.

Clients often choose Concierge when they:

  • Know the kinds of roles they’re targeting and are ready to apply consistently
  • Want each application tailored, not the same resume sent everywhere
  • Are juggling a full-time job and don’t have the evenings to rewrite materials for every posting
  • Have applied to roles they’re qualified for and suspect a generic resume is holding them back

If you open the questionnaire and find yourself thinking, “I'm honestly not sure how to answer this,” that's usually a sign a conversation will serve you better.

A clearer story for what comes next

Core: $250 for your resume and cover letter, plus $100 if you’d like LinkedIn included. Comprehensive: $600 for your resume, cover letter, LinkedIn, and 90-minute positioning call. Concierge: $600 setup, which includes your master resume, LinkedIn, and your first month of tailored applications (up to 4). Then $300, $550, or $800 per month depending on your plan. 2-month minimum.

Core and Comprehensive are paid in full when you book. Concierge’s setup is paid when you book, and your monthly plan is billed starting in month two.

If your resume helps you land the right role even a few weeks sooner, or gives you the confidence to negotiate a stronger offer, the investment could pay for itself many times over.

$600 feels like a lot. Is Core good enough?
For many people, yes. If you’re staying in your field and can clearly describe your wins, Core gives you a professionally written, ATS-friendly resume and cover letter. Comprehensive adds a 90-minute positioning call for when you’re changing direction and need help shaping the story.
Why does Core include more revision rounds?
Since Core doesn’t include a call, I use the first round to gather any details I need from you. You get the same thoroughness, just in writing.
What if I start with Core and need more help?
You can upgrade to Comprehensive before I begin your first draft by paying the difference.
Will my resume work with applicant tracking systems?
Yes. Every resume is formatted so ATS software can read it correctly while still looking clean and professional to the person who opens it.
Will you submit my applications for me?
No. With Concierge, you choose the roles and send me the job postings. I write and deliver the tailored resume and cover letter within 2 business days, and you submit each application yourself.
What does “tailored” mean?
I review each job posting and adapt your resume and cover letter to highlight the relevant experience, accomplishments, and language for that role. Every version stays true to your experience; it isn’t a generic resume with a new job title pasted in.
Do you offer refunds?
