So, what about AI?
AI can produce a clean, well-formatted resume in seconds, and for some people, that's enough. What it can't do is notice the accomplishment you mentioned in passing and realize it's the strongest thing on your resume. It can't tell you that a hiring manager in your target field will care more about your budget ownership than your title. And it can't connect the dots from where you've been to where you want to go, especially when that path isn't a straight line.
